During the year 2006 Delmax established a new work organization. It has built a new central warehouse on strategically chosen location nearby Belgrade, where the logistical centre and the management of the company are set.
Contemporary logistic enables effective work with a large number of articles and offers humane working conditions to the employees.
Communication with clients and informing them in an outstanding way are supported by software developed in regard to their needs.
Ordering merchandise is very simple and precise, via the CD catalogue installed on customers’ computers with the Internet update feature.
By its own means of transport, a car pool of twenty vehicles, with the excellent organization, the company manages to deliver 90% of the merchandise to customers’ addresses, and “Post Express”, hired by the company, delivers the rest.
“Regional representatives” department deals with the specific problems of the clients, improves the collaboration and investigates the new market demands.
During the year 2008, a new department ”Technical support services” was established. Since Delmax clients are mostly tradesmen, this department is intended to help consolidating existing good relationships with the garages at a local level. The word “support” means providing help to small and medium developed garages with the coordination between their own development and technological changes in the car industry.
Delmax stores, 20 on the territory of Serbia (Nis, Vrbas, Sabac, Kula, Kraljevo, Cacak, Becej, Novi Becej, Smederevo, Temerin, Prijepolje, Sremska Mitrovica, Lazarevac, Jagodina, Krusevac, Leskovac, Zrenjanin, Vrsac, Pozarevac and Mladenovac), are permanently aimed at satisfying the clients’ needs on local markets.
